Shipping Policy
We usually ship orders within 24 hours of order placement Monday through Friday. Orders received Friday thru Sunday will not ship until the following Monday. If there is a delay in shipping we will try to notify you by e-mail. If some of your order is out of stock, we will ship the products you ordered that are in stock and notify you of what was not available. Your credit card will be refunded for the items that were not available. We will NOT backorder any product.
We ship all of our products through UPS. You can estimate your shipping cost by clicking the "Estimate Shipping" button on the Shopping Cart page. The shipping cost is calculated by UPS, and there is NO handling fee.
Returning Merchandise
If you wish to return an item to us [for reasons other than manufacturers defect] please make sure you follow our return guidelines closely:
- Sale/Clearance items are NOT returnable/refundable.
- Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
- All returns must be accompanied by our sales receipt.
- The merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
- All proof of authenticity forms and collector item packaging must be in saleable condition.
- Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchanges will be given within 45 days of purchase.
For items involving potential manufactures defects, the item need not be in new condition or in its original packaging, but you will still need to send your receipt as well as authenticity certificates, etc.
In either situation it will expedite things if you contact us prior to returning the product. Please include your order information to expedite our response. It is also extremely helpful if you include a note when returning the product detailing the situation, what you would like done, your name, address, contact information, etc.
